Our Story

Souvlaki GR was founded by Sam Karagiozis with the support of his late father Anastasios in early 2016. The Karagiozis family’s goal was to combine local Australian produce with traditional Greek street cuisine. Today, Souvlaki GR continues to pay homage to its beginnings by providing the best quality gyros on charcoal in Australia and focusing on supporting local producers and businesses.
