KITCHEN STAFF

Responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating food in the kitchen. They may also be responsible for managing inventory, cleaning equipment and facilities, and maintaining food safety standards.

FRONT OF HOUSE

Responsible for ensuring customers have an enjoyable dining experience. They may greet and seat customers, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle cash and credit card transactions, and clean and maintain the dining area.

Store Manager

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ordering inventory, managing budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Area Manager

Responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations in a given area or region. They may manage store managers, ensure consistency across locations, develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits, and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
